Howdy, am new to the forum. Glad to be here from Henrico, Va.
I need to remove driver's seat so to replace the seatbelt receiver.
I see 4 bolts/screws to remove 2 in the front, 2 in the back.
Also 2 torx bolts that hold the rails the seat travels forward & back on.
I'll also unplug elec. connections.
MY PROBLEM:
The torx bolts have the pictured vinyl cover over them. This cover (pictured) has a round center piece that looks like it is to be removed from the cover so as to get at the torx bolt with my ratchet. I'll be darned if I can figure out how to remove this circular piece.
Any help MUCH appreciated.

Pry up with a flathead screwdriver while turning it with torx bit, it will come off

The plastic cover is held in with two tabs, if you pull up on it while rotating it comes off
You will need a 1/2 breaker bar on that torx bit the seatbelt bolts are always very tight.

^That's all I can comment as well, he nailed it. There's the four bolts holding it in, 3 connections for the power functions, and that Torx bit that's ever so special.

410 it came right out thanks to your instruction. I was able to free the torx bolt. Once I have the new receiver, I'll start in on the seat removal. Looking forward to seeing what lost items are under there. Already found my library card....
Thank you for your help. Sure improved what started out as a frustrating morning.
Reed.
