'97 XLT - Lift and poly bushings

I have a '97 XLT. I want to do a small lift (up to 2" front and the same at the rear). I'm okay on doing the TTL and I'm probably going to put an add a leaf rear lift in. While I'm doing this I would like to go to poly bushings all over the truck. Does any one have any input on doing this and does anyone know who can supply a full kit of bushings? I'm in the UK but I am happy to order from a stateside company.

Try looking at the post in the for sale forum about Daystar bushings, I do not have alot of experience with your year ex, but Hank would have those answers for you.
