I'm converting a 98 2WD to 4WD.
Do I need to change the PCM (Powertrain Control Module - The main computer under the cowl accessed from the engine compartment)?
I have the two boxes located in the dash (the GEM and another one).
I also have the short harness that goes to the T-case and a small box that mounts on the frame near the T-case.
Do I need any other electronics to finish the job?
I'm also looking for a stock electronic Command-Trac T-case for a '98 or newer Explorer in good condition.
Thanks,
Jay
