98 Ford Explorer 4.0L 2wd 96173 mi. Cranks but will not start. Will start and run with starter spray in inlet. Checked fuse in Power Box, ok.
Inertia switch on, voltage there is 10.8 when cranking engine. Voltage at connector to gas pump, 10.6 when cranking engine.
Battery oputput a healthy 12.+
No gas pressure with pressure gauge.
Does the pump need the full 12 V?
Fuel Pump bad mebbe?
