8mm ratcheting will get it off

I have the old housing out.

I cannot get the new one in with that wire harness there

If the old housing came out the new one "should" go in. Isn't that harness held in with clips? Both sensor wires off? Any pics?

It "should" but it most certainly does not!

The problem is when "going in" with the new housing -- is that you need the rear bolt already installed in the housing -- it is so long that it protrudes out of the bottom of the housing.
This requires extra room "going in". It then requires you to reach down with a finger and press "up" to clear the bolt from the bottom to make it past the engine mount hole. BUT you simply cannot press "up" on the rear bolt since that friggin loom is right above the bolt now.

So you are basically stuck with the bolt not being able to clear the engine mount hole

Both sensor are out, and I have no idea what clips hold that loom in place.

Thx sws .... Put the new housing in :)
