Any help would be greatly appreciated
The car had a Pursuit Keyless Entry Alarm upgrade module with shock sensor.
The book came with the car.
It uses the original factory Ford Keyfob. I bought the car used and have not had a problem until now.
I come out of work and hit unlock on the factory keyfob, The alarm goes off. It will not respond to the remote. The doors did unlock tho. I get in try to disable the alarm there is a button under the dash I press in the default code with the key in the right position and it will not shut off(per the aftermarket alarm manual, The code may have been changed by the original owner and I do not know it). I disconnect the siren and the battery.Connect the battery again and I notice the locks are cycling non stop. The car wont start because the alarm has killed the ignition and basically the alarm is still going but i disconnected the siren.
I wind up pulling the main connector of the alarm brain under the dash and I am able to start the car but the locks keep cycling.
Now I got the car home.
Now I have taken apart the alarm under the dash. I pull the fuses, the relays all for the aftermarket alarm upgrade and the locks are still cycling. The Theft light on the dash is staying lit.
I am able to start the car and drive now that i disconnected the aftermarket alarm but I think the main problem is with the car not the aftermarket alarm.
The locks wont stop cycling even with the keys out of the ignition. The only thing that stops it is the fuse.
Please help me fix it?????????????????????
