i had the same issue fixed it.
i was having the same problem. fixed it by cleaning the connector going into the coil pack and bending the pins coming out of coil pack pin b (signal ground) wasn't making good connection. when i looked at plug i could see that the amount of metal showing on that pin was pushed in and down a bit. pulling up on the plug while trying to start was how i found it.hope that helps.
