They don't make a 4" body lift.. 3" is the max I'd go.. With 3" body lift, you should be able to clear 33s with some minor trimming or adjusting the torsion bars.
On tire selection its depends on your desire.. Do you want a aggressive pattern like a MT tread or a AT tread? If your truck will see more highway miles than trails, I'd recommend a AT type tire like the ProComp AT, BFG AT, etc.
