98 limited keys do they have chips in them??

i just got my 98 limited last night only one key and one remote.
i want to get another key and remote
but do the 98 limited keys do they have chips in them??

and where can i get a stock remote and what is the price

Yes they do. The PATS system started in 1998. The best place to get the remotes is on eBay. You can buy the PATS keys on eBay too but you'll still have to get them programmed at the Dealer.
