Welcome to this forum! There are a lot of threads about similar problems in the transmission section. Sometimes it could be valve body related. Other times it could be a shift fork in the transfer case. A little more information would be helpful to diagnose the problem (mileage, diagnostic codes, flashing overdrive light, any recent transmission fluid changes, any related recent repairs, etc.).

Welcome to the forum. I would start with servicing the transmission. Do a search on it and see what you some up with.

hello,It has 120,000 miles runs great,no flashing lights no recent reapirs, when you shift it in reverse it makes all the sounds like its going in,then just doesnt move.

Did you drop the pan to check for broken metal parts, shavings, or pieces of valve body gasket material? Check the torque of the valve body bolts to see if all of them are tight. I would suggest that you read Glacier991's 5R55E valve body rebuild diary, and Bigg_Billy's stairway to a diary sticky threads on the top of the transmission section for more information. The valve body could have a sticking reverse modulation spool, or the transfer case could have a broken shift fork. Metal parts in the pan could indicate a broken one way sprag, or other internal hard part damage.
