I have a 98 5.0 explorer I was driving somewhat aggressively then pulled off the interstate and pulled up to a redlight and it cuts off . Now I’m stuck because I got it in a parking lot but every time I shift to drive or reverse I lose rev immediately and it cuts off unless I power it into gear . I believe my tcc solenoid is bad but don’t have the time to drop tranny pan and change whole solenoid . Can someone please tell me how to unhook or cut the wire to the tcc so I can just disable it . I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find it . I have a 1 year old I have to drive back and forth and use my truck for work so I need to do something ASAP . I’m horrible with electrical so explain to me as I’m a 5 year old lol. I just need directions on my what harness and wire I need to remove or cut to disable the tcc please help !!!
