98 to 2001 explorer motor swap what parts to swap

I want to put my 1998 sport motor in my 2001 explorer limited there both sohc 4.0 vin e 4x4. I heard i need to use the upper intake, wiring harness, and cam sensor from the 2001 on the 98 motor. Looks like I need to use the exhaust manifold to? Is there anything else I need to use from the old 2001 motor to put on the 98 motor to make it work in my 2001. Thank you!

I believe the 2000 is a return-less fuel system and the 98 was a return system.

I believe u are right my 98 has 2 fuel lines. I will have to check the 01.if this is the case could I convert the 98 to the return-less style fuel system.i have access to all the parts off the 2001 the motor was just torn apart to replace heads and the rear timing got broke in the process (Previous owners)
