'99 Mountaineer cruise control switches

The right side cruise control switches on my '99 Mountaineer are loose. Housing is still attached on one side, but not embedded like the on-off switch is on the left. Is there a way to reattach those?

Short answer is, no. Those are held in place by plastic clips inside the switch. Buy some on Ebay. Very easy to replace.
