Does anyone know if the stock auto/4hi/4low t-case in my 99 Sport will hold up to a SAS and 35" Boggers, also how bout' the 5 speed auto? Any tricks to survival?

My '99 t-case has done well in many situations but it is pretty much done now. It embarasses me now, frequently. When the going gets "tough" the tcase gives up. I dont think you would get much pull for very long with 35's. And with an SAS I would definitely swap in a BW1354 or better tcase. I am in the process of swapping one in now. No magnetic clutch and could handle 35's no prob.

also it will see some rocks, some mud and alot of trail miles and probably 3-5000 miles annualy. Like to run 513 gears also.

The BW1354 a direct bolt-on the 5-speed auto? Those came in the first gen Ex right?

Yes the 1354 is a direct bolt on to the manual or the auto and came standard in the first gen.

Thanks alot, i'll check it out!
