I have an 02 Explorer and I noticed today, with the defrost running, the air compressor clicks like it's engaging, stays engaged for about 5-10 seconds and disengages. The problem is, every time it engages the RPM's drop and the engine shakes as if it's getting ready to cut out and then comes back to normal. It does this continuously every time the compressor kicks in. I looked under the hood and the clutch is engaging....any help would be great!
