yes i did check for power at the switch and have no power at resistor. i was wondering if there was a relay

I can't tell you on a 92 whether or not there is a relay. But there is on a 95 and up. I can't help but think there's one on your 92 also. That's a lot of current to be running through a dash switch. It sounds like that is your problem. Oh yea...you DID check your fuses, right? And more than just look at them, you pulled them, cleaned the terminals, and checked them with an ohm meter to be sure they were good... They can fool you...

And BrooklynBay makes an excellent point regarding any electrical issue: Check your grounds.

i have pulled all fuses and clean with contact cleaner but not tested with a meter will try this weekend thanks for the advise.

Okay checked whole fuse area under dash have one 10amp fuse area not getting any power could this be for the blower motor

Okay new problem found why blower motor is not coming on the relay is bad bypass it comes on. New problem though advance auto parts don't have and napa does not have any one have a part number or where to get i have a feeling off to ford i go

You'll have to go to a dealership or you can find many Ford parts places online now.
