Yes, I don't need 2 vehicles any more, 2 insurance payments and 2 registrations w/taxes. I have to carry large policies to protect myself and my property. She gets away with minimum liability coverage. I told her she can have the ST, but only if I can borrow it once in a while. We had been looking for a better/lower mileage vehicle to replace her aging/high-mileage '00 Mountaineer for 8 months and everything we found that she can afford was junk. I told her that it made more sense to fix the ST and then she'd have a reliable vehicle with lots of new parts, plus it's something I can work on. She'll probably keep the Mountaineer as a spare vehicle, there's nothing wrong with it other than it's getting ugly and is approaching 300,000 miles.
