when the X gets back from the tranny shop it's gonna need some new tires, I wanna step up to 31x10.50R15's, my questions regarding the shackle/TT lift are, will I need longer shocks?? And does "cranking up" the torsion bars stiffen the ride any?? anything else that needs to be done?? thanks for any and all help!!

Yes cranking the torsion bars will stiffen the ride. The more TT the more bump-E. 2" is very tolerable though. After you adjust them you'll need an alignment. Thats it. And no new shocks. Your stockers will be fine.

thanks, I think I'm gonna do the TT/shackles and get some 31's.

I was just looking around at tires and I see some company's make 31x11.50R15's, think these will fit with the shackles/TT??

I will probably just get some decent 31x10.50R15's.

I'm glad I don't have to get new shocks, the ones on the X now arent that old!!

does anyone know if the bolt concerns with the Warrior shackels were ever fixed, or are new bolts needed???

If they come with new bolts use those. If not, I'd go get some new grade 8 bolts.

I'm pretty sure they come with new bolts, I was reading old threads were the bolts that came with the shackles were too small b/c the stock bolt is a wierd size:confused:

I was wondering if the Warriors now come with the correct size bolts??
