a little advice please

first off i wanna say i love this forum and now the bad i have an 01 ex plorer sport and my front cam chain is rattling i read on another section on this forum that you can change this tensioner without having to remoe the timing chain cover is this true and if so does anyone know of a write up on this with maybe some pictures thanks in advance for all your help
