Everybody asks about maximum tire size because they are afraid of rubbing.
I'm asking because I am concerned about rollovers.
I was researching tire size because I think the stock tires *look* too small(and yes, I know you can't believe everything you read), and I wanted a couple extra inches up and wider. Then I found a site that said that the FoMoCo people, in a quest to make the vehicle less tippy, made the tire size, profile and pressure lower.
So, it makes me wonder if the tradeoff of better ground clearance offroad is a greater chance of doing a couple of rolls coming off the Interstate a little too fast?
