The truck is a 91 4x4.
Bought it used from a kid here locally.
The overdrive im guessing is out because i have to put it in regular drive to get it going.
Now what the problem is that the truck when cold will shift fine and all until it warms up.Then it wont shift till around 5000 RPMs and its a slow shift at that.
I took it to Cottman for a free check and scan. The guy called and said that his scan came up with nothing. So now im stuck any ideas what this might could be?

A scanner wouldn't be of much use on these transmissions since the overdrive, and TCC lockup are the only computer controlled parts of it. The rest is hydraulically controlled. Connect a 0-300 PSI test gauge to it, and see what the pressure is in all of the gear ranges when it's cold, then again when it warms up.
