ok, I'll try to explain this as best I can.
Vehicle:: 1994 Auto (duh)
Little Background:: Went wheeling the other day, and this problem (stated below) started happening after that
Problem:: After that day, i realized that the indicator for my column shifter was off. I thought, no big deal, that happen after time. Well, I later realized it was a big deal, when the shifter got to the "bottom position" on the "runner" (the slit in the column cover that allows you to move the shifter through the gears). I can go into Park, Reverse, OverDrive, Drive, and Second, but I can't go down into First Gear.
Question::Can I adjust the shift linkage to allow me to be able to shift down into first gear?? or is there something else I need to adjust/tweak to make it work again? if so, how??
I think you for your time in reading this, if there is any cloudy parts in my description, just ask, and I'll try to explain better. I would REALLY appreciate any help I could get on this confusing problem
Thank You,
Ryan
