So Ive read through this but I want to be sure, I can put a a4ld tranny from a 93 aerostar into a 92 explorer right? If Im getting this wrong, can you tell me what possible trucks are a plug n play swap with a 92 explorer. Thanks

Is the Aerostar a 4.0L with AWD? Is the Explorer 2WD or 4WD?

Its a 4 wheel drive explorer, the tranny Ive found is a 3.0l, so I take it I have to find a tranny from a 4.0l aerostar/ranger and the aerostar has to have the electric 4x4?
