I always like the idea of an AAL to start with over an extended shackle.

Why wouldn't a TT work with a AAL?

i think you need to read up on this stuff some more..

here is a website of the local public libraries, click on ur state to find the closest to you: http://www.publiclibraries.com/

!!    !!!

ok back to the topic. the AALs and Shackles work for the back while the TorsionTwist is for the front... therefore, other than the fact that they should balance each other out so ur vehicle is level, they are independant of each other. it doesnt matter if you put just AAL and also do TorsionTwist, just shackles and Torsion Twist, or put both and Torsion Twist.

seriously tho you need to search the forum some more cauz it shouldve been discussed that the AALs and Shackles work for the back while the TorsionTwist is for the front... therefore, other than the fact that they should balance each other out so ur vehicle is level, they are independant of each other. it doesnt matter if you put just AAL and also do TorsionTwist, just shackles and Torsion Twist, or put both and Torsion Twist.

fantastic

why AAL vs Shackles... why not AAL + shackles ;)

ya... aal will get you .5-1 inch.... it might eleviate rear end sag, but it will stiffen your ride. shackles will give you about 1.5-2" and leave you with the same ride quality but the shackles will hang down. just suck it up and do both. TT the front and do a search. it takes like 3 seconds.

AALs will only give you .5-1" if you get them that small... I've got 2" superlift AALs on my truck and I actually gained roughly 2.3". And my ride quality doesnt seem more stiff, it for some reason actually feels a lot bouncier than before, I kinda like it.. lol
