Sounds like you might have a bad caliper that's getting stuck, or mounted wrong. You can either rebuild it or replace it. Does your truck pull towards the right slightly when driving or breaking?
Welcome to this forum! I would suggest that you use Performance Friction carbon metallic pads, or the Wagner SX series semi metallic pads when you replace the calipers.
