About adding fog lights?

I was poking around behind the dash on my 2000 XLS (no fog lights) installing the 2WD mod when I noticed a stubbed plug like the one that the rear defroster switch plugs into right next to it. Right where the fog light switch would be. It's my theory that it's for a fog light switch? If that's the case is all of the connections and so forth already existent for fog lights and it's just a matter of getting some stock fog lights and the switch and everything and just hooking them up?

Well the wireing should all be there.
A fues and a relay, in my speculation should be the only other isssues.

You live in Columbia, we can meet and we will pull my switch and one of my bulbs and give it a shot !!!
