No mate, you should be right. Alot of blokes have upgraded rubber with no report's back of problem's with ABS or RSC.

Yup, it's a shame they want to turn ordinary law abiding citizen's into criminal's for driving on a trail or a beach but that's progress I s'pose. Tax dollar's hard at work while the real crim's go about their business unhindered. The govt. makes money from fining everyone but it cost money to lock someone up. Better to have a net full of tiny fish than a 1000 lb tuna maybe?
