well i recently purchased a 97 ranger and the ac blows cold but only on defrost.it wont blow out of vents. i have checked the vacuum lines, the ball thats under the intake, i have changed out the actual switch controls that are on the dash board, and still no luck.i also checked the blend door actuator and its good. i recently plugged it to the computer and pulled up P1464 code up,has something to do with the ac circuits? ive looked everywhere for relays and fuses but no luck. i dont have the owners manual so makes it even more difficult,im lost i dont know what else to look for.And dont want to spend money for something i could do myself. i would greatly aprreciate it if anyone has any suggestions.
