Adding Rear Door Speakers

I have a 2015 police interceptor Utility

Is there a way to add in rear door speakers? Do I just need to exchange the door panels and the wiring will already be there?

Speakers are often there, just change or drill the door panels.

I took the door cards off and cut a hole then screwed in a speaker grill.
