adding steering wheel audio controls

is the 2006 ford explorer prewired for on steering controls? I have an audiophile system and wondering if its easy enough to just swap the right plate on the steering wheel. if so what is the part number?

I have read some of this on the audio section of this forum, the controls can be hooked up, but the radio won't accept them unless it is "programed" to take them, this can be done by some dealers as I understand it.
