Aerostar head unit.

Hope the weekend is treating you well so far.
I finally got some cassette head cleaner for my Aerostar, and that didn't help. The stock cassette player is broken.

I'd like to keep the factory look in my van, does anyone have a list of radio's from other Ford products that will be a direct plug in? Will all Aerostar year-radios work?

I am considering aftermarket with Bluetooth, since Aerostar the radio's on ebay cost just as much!

The radio in the aerostar is the same unit used in most all Ford cars from the mid 80s to the mid 90s. At some point Ford gave the radio a facelift, removing the knobs on the front. Car-part.com would be a good place to find another radio. Most those junk yards will ship.
