i know but i'm just a poor college kid :(

Nice X where did you get your valence??

its a 93-97 ranger 4x4 valance.
you can get it at your local ford store for like $43 bucks,
Don't let them sell you on the Paintable one, you can paint the medium opal one just fine with the right prep

i found a 93 valence on partstrain.com and its 23 bucks.
does it have to be 4x4?
btw really love your x dude.

also does it fit perfect or does it take light mods or heavy to make it work?

Looks good....I really like the valence. What size lights does it hold? Any modifications to it? Thanks.:D

Thanks i appreciate the compliment, I work hard and do many custom mods to my X, as many others do, and we seem to get very little respect, everyone is impressed with bolt on mods on all the same cars, Hondas and Chevys....anyways the 93 4x4 ranger valance has the holes for the fog lamps, if you don't get the 4x4 one yours won't have fog holes and it will be very small, believe me spend the extra bucks and get the 4x4 valance.....
It takes light mods to get it to fit, i mean light, all you have to do is bend the valance a little bit to get it to contour to the bumper. then you mark and drill your new holes for the valance. on 1 to 5 scale 1 being easiest, i'd say its about a 2 1/2, it just takes some time.

The valance holds 5 inch explorer pro comp lights, no mods to make them fit they fit right behind the valance. I had to custom fab some brackets for the lights but that wasn't too bad

any other questions just ask away i'll help all i can
