After market Sub to an after market AMP with stock head unit?

NO!!!!! LOL Do NOT touch the door speaker wires!! You have subwoofer signal wires back at the factory amp! Use those and convert them into an RCA and you're done. I guess I don't understand why you would ever need to use the door speaker wires when you already have a subwoofer signal back there.

Yeah, I wanted to use the old wires from the stock sub but what wires are for what door? What will the L ch.+ wire look like and the R ch.+ wire look like? If I just was the door apart and look at the wires going out of the speaker could I then an theory know what ones will be coming out the stuck wiring harness? Cobra?

You just want a sub signal, right? That's all you're doing...is replacing the factory subwoofer amp, right? First, get your power and enable circuits figured out. That PAC adapter looked promising for supplying 12V enable from a 5V enable circuit. As to the signal for the new sub, go to your factory subwoofer amp input in the back of the car. This is the wiring for a 99 Explorer, so the 2000 should be the same with any luck at all. It should be a 10 pin connector. The wires into that connector are a BK/LG (ground, pin 2), a DG/VT (5V enable, pin 1), LG/VT (hot at all times, pin 6), a BN/OG (signal +, pin 8) and a RD/BK (signal -, pin 7). Do NOT use the power or grounds for your new amp. You will burn the thing up in a heart beat with those little wires. But the enable (with the proper module, relay, etc) and signal wires are fine. Just double check the enable circuit with a volt meter to make sure you have the same thing as the 99.
