So, after a Flowmaster cat-back exhaust, a MAC intake, consistant oil changes, and new spark plugs; I decided to do a long-term test of my gas mileage.
Over the course of 1667.0 miles, I used 110.0 gallons of gas. Some quick math shows an average of 15.15 MPG.
This was recorded over the past couple months, driving in-town, in heavy traffic, and on highway trips. Various brands of gas were used, but were always "regular" 87 octane. Sometimes the X was light, and sometimes I had a few passengers/cargo/hitch mounted bike rack. I have a fairly agressive driving style.
Overall, I'm not impressed with the results. Before I began the test, i figured an average of 16 mpg, so I wasn't far off. I suppose 15 mpg average for my drivng style isn't too bad.
Unfortunately I didn't do a BEFORE test. Sorry

PS - Today I added a can of Seafoam, and will continue to monitor the mileage results after. I'll post if there's a signifigant change in mileage.
