That does look good actually, especially with the fenders! Are those Perrys fenders? Have you got any side shots of the fenders where the bumper wraps around?

The fenders are from Hannenenn's. Hal Hannenenn supplies the fiberglass fenders to KarTek Off-Road. Every time I talked to Perry's the price went up, then he was off to a race so wasn't sure when he could ship, and didn't know shipping prices and didn't care if I ordered or not so I went else where. Hal's a great guy, super to talk to and made me a good deal. Cheaper than Perry's. These fenders are strong! I was impressed at how thick they are and very close to the factory mounts. I think they are about a 4" flare with almost 2" front and back from the factory fenders.
Below is a close up of the front fender with the bumper almost in place. I still have some tweaking to do with both. The winch will stick out a few extra inches but I wanted my fender and bumper to be aligned.

Do they have a website?? For the fenders...

For the fenders you can see at Dead Link Removed . I'll see if I can find the phone # for Hal Hannemann. If you call KarTek, they will give you his number also. KarTek isn't shipping fiberglass anymore. karTek shows the explorer for $310 but Hal's price is $290 and only charges actual shipping. he had me on the phone while he called the shipping complany to confirm price. Really nice guy.
