You may not actually have to remove your rear seat in order to remove the panel... I did both of the panels, and with the right tools it took me about 15 minutes per side to pull everything off and then replace everything save for the panel... The only tricky part is the seatbelt... you need a #50 Torx bit (that you can pick up anywhere for under $5) and you have to pull the seatbelt out all the way and tie/clamp/attach something to it right where it goes into the plastic panel... I just used a piece of string and folded the seatbelt in half lengthwise, tied it, then folded it back and forth and tied it a couple more times... That made it small enough to fit through the gap in the panel, but too large to get sucked back into the seatbelt holder... if it gets sucked all the way in, you might be screwed, as that happened to me in my previous car and I wasn't able to pull the seatbelt out again in order to use it...
