Air Intake: Adapting MAF to Stock Tube

For those of you who fabricated your own intake on trucks with the cylinder filter and used the stock tube, where did you get an adapter to mount the MAF directly to the stock tube?

For reference I included a picture below:

The MAF OD is 3.25" and the tube ID is 4"

The K&N and KKM kits come with an adapter, but I haven't been able to source one separately.

the yhave this stuff at kragens now!

jegs and summit too... any diesel/turbo shop has this stuff as well

I'll go check Kragen. I came up empty at Jegs/Summit but its possible I was looking in the wrong place.

I found a spacer that will work at Kragen, but it comes with the air filter. I suppose I could just resell the filter since I'm not going to be using it.
