Air intake upgrade

Hello

I wanted to ask about the air intake upgrade for my 2008 explorer V6,

I’ve done some research most of the guys are between K&N OR aFE

Any body tested upgrading their intake here

It doesn't get any cooler then right behind the grille where the factory intake comes from. If you like noise you can replace the factory pipe. Other than noise you aren't going to gain anything. The best CAI is the one you leave on the shelf.

if you really feel the need to do something with your intake make your own for $30.... there is a thread on here about it.... I did it and it was just 2 silicone pipes one straight and one 90 and a metal pipe and I had to rig up where the breather goes
