I wanna git rid of the sag when towing, should I opt for the cool air lift air bags that go on your leafs, and I can air them up whenver needed? Or go for the rougher ride of the aal, I already have shackles, OR will the bags not work with the shackles?? cause its sitting higher?

i went the aal route and was actually quite impressed that it didn't stiffen the ride up too much. its not any worse than it was when i originally bought the explorer, a '92. and it only sits a bit higher than the stock height which makes it look good too. i do lots of towing and this helped a ton, and they're about $150 cheaper than a bag setup!

I have the polyair springs on my 97 xlt which go between the leafs and they are very good. They infalte to around 30psi and hold about 1000kg of weight. 5 psi is all thats neede when driving around empty, but if you got a carload , around 15 psi is all thats needed for the car to sit level. Thay also make the car sit a little higher than normal so it doesnt have the normal sag in the butt they normally have. Thats my 2 cents worth. :D
