Air works great wont come out right vent

I have an 02 ford ex sport trac- Second owner it has been in the family since day one. It has amazing air conditioning always has. All of a sudden only the feet and only the defrost pushes air. The air is still cold as ice which is wonderful but I can not get it to come out of the correct vent? I see allot of similar issues on here; just want to be clear all the air pushes great out of the defrost and feet, it is still super cold or hot what ever I want, just the directional's seem to fail. Please help !!!!!!!

Vacuum problem. Look for broken vacuum lines.

Minus 10 this morning, air worked just fine
