All The Kinds Of Lifts!

This forum is just incredible and one thing that I really noticed is that there isn't one thread that bluntly explains all the different kinds of lifts and what they lift, and how much they lift... (at least I couldn't find it). So lets begin...

I am a rookie, so please HELP by filling in the blanks!!

LIFT________________HOW MUCH__________WHERE

TT (Torsion Twist)_______1.5" (apprx)__________front end

SOA (Spring Over Axel)_______5"_______________rear

Shackles___________________2"_______________rear

Add-a-leaf=________________1.5"-2"___________to rear only

u might want to change the aal thing, it only adds 1.5"-2"

Shackles give about 2" to the rear, and the SOA gives about 5" to the rear
