94 Expo
Blue Balls is my 93 expo. All started with a 94 I received from my father that I later toasted the transmission in. In need of a new trans I bought the blue 93 for $500 with a bad motor (dead cylinder). It was in much better shape so it instead, got the heart out of the 94. It's definitely nothing special, stock suspension on 35's,with no body lift. Tons of little odd ball modifications I make to it.

Hmm neat. I see some trimming there. I like the color combo. I feel a lot better about 32's with 2" lift now :)

That piston is pretty chewed up.

What's your axle gearing? Auto trans, or manual?

Most definitely a lot of trimming and smashing. Front bumper is moved up 2-3 inches, also trimmed back an inch or so. Pinch welds have all been folded over and front fenders trimmed. Rear fenders have been cut/rolled, still rubs the inside pretty good at flex. Gears are all stock for now, she's not very quick.... Auto trans. Will end up getting the lowest gears I can find when it gets a new rear end.

Thanks Worms! Soon it will be getting new suspension, can't decided on SAS or extending the TTB.

Nice. I would go the SAS :) I am going to be getting mine that way. Just got a few other things I have to do first. when I can it will be an SAS up front and an SOA in the rear to get 35's under her. Little by little. Look forward to seeing more on yours.

Finally got some new tires ordered! While I have my wheels off I decided to turn them to beadlocks. Decided to go with 3/16" rings instead of the typical 1/4". Will be running 32 3/8 bolts per wheel. Should be plenty of beef IMO. Super stoked to get them welded up and mounted tomorrow.

where did u get them and how much did they cost

They were cut at my work on the laser table, cost me materials. I could get you a price on another set if interested. There are tons of companies selling them online as well.

id be intersted in price ive seen them online im just pricing right now im a broke guy trying to do big things u should check out my build thread

35's. 315/75r16 No lift, Decent amount of trimming and smashing and that's about it.

looks great yeah id be interested i those

Went out and did some tire testing, very impressed with the Dick Cepeks! Leaned it into a truck sized bolder resulting in its first quarter panel body damage.
