Well being the Alpine nut that I am, all I can say is good choice. Seems like it is the top of the line in mid range HU's. I went to Alpines's site and read on it and it has some great stuff. It is like my HU that you can go to ALpine's site, log in, and set your settings through there web and them download it to a disk and have the settings forever. That is a nice feature that most HU's don't offer. Plus, you just can't go wrong with Alpine. They have been making quality components for years and are very good with customer service and problems if needed.
Good luck with your new toy, I am sure you won't be disappointed.
