On my drive to work I think my alternator went bad. Battery drained and would not recharge. I was wondering if I get it jumped if I could drive it back home? It's about 15 minutes. I know it's super easy to change but it's raining here and id rather get it to my garage.

you have to leave it jumped for at least 30 min to actually charge the battery back up. Have everything off, no radio, no head lights, no wiper, no heat or ac (fan motor off) and you will make it home fine.

Thanks Joe, worked out fine and made it home. Already replaced and its working fine now.

Glad all went well!
