amp power lead

Hi. On an 03 Explorer, where is the best spot to run the power cable from the battery into the car for an amplifier? I can't find an obvious grommit to go through.

You can either drill a hole in the firewall, or cut a hole in the grommet for the hood release or something along those lines.
You may need to pull the carpet back a little from the firewall to actually see some locations.

Rondo has an 02, so he should be able to help you better. I'm not perfectly familiar with grommet locations on a third gen.
