So I've got a pa system and I'm trying to get it hooked up to my amplifier. But the problem is that there is one harness on the back of the system with 4 wires: a ground, a 12v power, a positive speaker wire, and a negative speaker wire. And I don't really have any idea how to connect those speaker wires to an amp. I'd appreciate any help

Depends on the amp. What inputs does it have? What is it for? Car stereo?

Yeah its an amp for a car stereo and it's got the red and white inputs and it has a harness on it that says high on it I think and that harness has 2 black and 2 red wires on it

By input type, I mean RCA or wire screws etc. Also, are you certain which are inputs vs outputs.

The input is RCA and there is a small harness on it that's labeled high input and has left and right positive and negative wires. The output is screws

The high input is what you want. Thats what I was looking for from you. attatch the PA out to those inputs.
