Another dumb question, Fan replacement

Anyone ever had to replace the cooling fan on a '02 ST?
Is it a booger to replace?
This one is missing 2 blades somehow!

Have to remove the fan clutch to get it off. Here are the "Special" tool numbers and their size. You'll need 303-239 & 303-240 or equivalent.
