Are you 2wd or 4wd.

Go up towards Lake Elizabeth and get on Bouquet Canyon. Drive a few miles and you'll see it. If you want easy (even 2wd can go) and a fantastic veiw, go down the 14 to Sand Canyon and west. Drive up the canyon to the devide. You'll have many miles of scenery of both sides.

I think the Bouquet Canyon entrance is the back side of Rohwer Flats, not sure never made it that far.

There are many options.
Between AV and Santa clarita: Rowher trail and OHV area between Bouquet and Sierra Hwy, a couple of different fire roads between Bouquet and San Francisquito, with Drinkwater flats in there (if its now open, haven't been up there in years)
Gorman: Hungry Valley OHV, Lockwood canyon and Miller Jeep trail
North of Mojave: Last chance canyon, and Jawbone OHV
Bear divide: between Sand Canyon/La Tujunga Cyn and Angeles Crest Hwy or from Soledad on Indian ____ Trail

Its been a long time since I've been up any of these except Rowher trail.
