Antenna Wire Question

I recently installed an aftermarket deck in my 1997 XLT Explorer. I ran all the wires from the amp up into the front and did the same with the antenna cable. I then plugged it into the one for the radio, but now my signal is horrible. It was fine during my trial test, but after moving the cable up front, it's very bad. I think I may have damaged the long cable internally, so I'm wondering where can I get a replacement wire? This one attaches in the passenger side kick panel and extends to the aftermarket radio antenna adapter.
