Anyone ever try Maxxis tires?

Looking to upgrade my tires. 15" stock rims. 1997 4 door XLT SOHC V6.

I am looking for something in the All Terrain family. I drive a lot of highway but also dirt logging roads in the mountains
and snow in the winter.

They make them for off-road mountain bikes and I've heard nothing but good things about them. I've seen them on lifted trucks here in my area but I hear they are noisy for average daily driving.
